How it works/如何运作
About the price
All the prices are for individual family up to 2 adults and 2 children, to make sure a good sleep every night, each stay contains 2 rooms with 1 king bed each or a big suite with two king-size beds. So all includes breakfast.
Because of the nature of our product design, even the family has booked only one child onto the trip, the price would stay the same. However, if only half of the family will be coming, we'll try to cater at a special offer.
Children
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during a tour except by prior agreement.
Seat Belts and Child Seats
UK law requires seatbelts to be worn by all occupants of a moving vehicle.
Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate child car seat for babies and small children. With advance notice your Driver Guide may be able to supply a suitable child seat at an extra charge.
No Smoking
UK law forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by a driver-guide.
Problems and Complaints
Problems and complaints should be addressed firstly to the Ontheway’s director in writing. As the Ontheway operates under the law of the UK, any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
Our local guides are:

- have the prestigious Blue Badge
- have full legal private hire insurance
- arrow blue are fully licensed
- provide interesting, personal and entertaining tours
Only speak English, will meet the family at the meeting point and part after dropping you back to where you started.
Booking
Upon booking, 25% of total price is payable and non-refundable. Please read our term&condition, and refund policy before checking out. They can be found at the footer.
For security reason, we don't collect personal information through our website.

儿童
除非事先约定，17岁以下的儿童在旅行期间必须始终由一名负责任的成人陪同。
安全带和儿童座椅
英国法律规定，行驶车辆中的所有乘客都必须系好安全带。
客户有责任为婴儿和幼儿提供合适的儿童安全座椅。提前通知您的司机导游，他们可能会提供合适的儿童安全座椅，但需额外收费。
禁止吸烟
英国法律禁止在任何由司机导游驾驶的车辆内吸烟。
问题与投诉
如有任何疑问或投诉，请首先以书面形式向 Ontheway 负责人提出。由于 Ontheway 依据英国法律运营，任何无法友好解决的争议将完全由英国法院管辖。
